Method
Chill a coupe or martini glass.
Pull the espresso and use it straight away.
Put the vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso and sugar syrup into a shaker with plenty of ice.
Shake hard for 20 seconds. The shaker should be painfully cold and you should hear the ice break down.
Double-strain into the chilled glass.
Wait ten seconds for the foam to separate and rise into an even pale head.
Float the coffee beans in the middle.
