Method
Fill a tall or hurricane glass with ice.
Put the rum, vodka, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a shaker with ice.
Shake hard for 12 seconds, until a light foam has formed from the pineapple.
Strain into the prepared glass.
Check the colour in daylight if you can — it should read blue-green and translucent.
Garnish with the pineapple wedge and cherry.
